Dapper Dave is a Pittsburgh native who found a home and love pastries in California. What started out as cooking delicious meals for the love of families and friends excelled into making elaborate pastries for companies and celebrities alike. In 2021, Dave attended the Amaury Guichon Pastry Academy to further hone in on his skills. Whether it’s simple chocolate chip cookies or complete chocolate showpieces, everything is delicious and made with love. Enjoy!
